Exploring the Impact of Technology Leadership and Artificial Intelligence on Student Success

In today’s fast-paced, tech-driven world, understanding and utilizing technology leadership and artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming essential for success, especially in education. This short-term international project, running from January to June, brings together students aged 11-15 from Türkiye, Italy, Romania, Kyrgyzstan, Greece, Lebanon, Ukraine and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project aims to explore and enhance the impact of technology leadership and AI integration on student success by fostering collaboration among educators and students across different schools and cultures.

Project Aims

This project is designed with multiple goals to not only promote technology skills but also foster personal growth and cultural understanding. Some of the key objectives include:

• Promoting Digital Literacy: Teaching students how to navigate digital platforms and use tools effectively.
• Enhancing Collaborative Learning: Students will work in transnational teams, learning to collaborate across borders.
• Fostering Teamwork and Critical Thinking: By solving problems together, students will enhance their teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Using AI and Technology Tools: This project gives students the chance to integrate AI into their daily learning tasks and explore its applications in education.
• Encouraging Ethical AI Usage: Teaching students about responsible and ethical AI applications.
• Supporting Personalized Learning: Tailoring education through AI and tech tools to meet individual learning needs.
• Building Teacher Capacity: Teachers will also benefit from this project by enhancing their ability to use innovative teaching methods and technology in classrooms.
• Promoting Cross-Cultural Understanding: Students will have the opportunity to learn about different cultures and make international friends.

Key Activities

Throughout the project, students and educators will collaborate on various innovative activities that enhance learning and digital competences. These activities include:

• Creating Collaborative Products: Students will work in transnational teams to design digital games, brochures, infographics, posters, and more.
• Developing Digital Competences: Using Web 2.0 tools and AI, students will create learning materials, honing their skills in a safe and effective way.
• Exploring New Teaching Methods: Teachers will implement innovative applications, teaching techniques, and web tools to promote student-centered learning.
• Cultural Exchange: Through shared activities, students will have the opportunity to get to know different cities, cultures, and schools.
• Final Project – An eBook: All the best activities and products will be compiled into a collaborative eBook that highlights student achievements and showcases their work.

Expected Results

By the end of the project, students will have gained numerous skills, including:

• Language Skills: An improvement in communicative language skills in English through cross-border collaboration.
